Using MyGamepad as alternative 3D mouse for CAD design

I'm used to have a 3D spacemouse when I'm working on CAD designs and don't want to miss it anymore. Although MyGamepad has no 6DOF (6 degrees of freedom) movement feature and it's primary focus is gaming you can use it as alternative input device for the other hand to easily move, rotate and zoom objects in and out in CAD design tools like Shapr3D, Fusion, Solidworks, FreeCAD, etc.

Most CAD programs allow to customize the movement setting and this can be adopted by using the (M) Mouse feature for the analog stick in combination with key combinations on MyGamepad. You can also assign the mouse scroll wheel function up and down to any key. Of course typical keyboard shortcut can also be assigned.
